COSMO is a friendly helper designed to help you manage your budget. You text him when you spend money and tell him what type of expense it is and he will do the work of recalculating your remaning budget for the rest of the month. This way, you can (a) avoid opening your bank account to a third party app, and (b) retain some flexibilty and discretion in your budget. COSMO never sees your actual accounts or finances. You tell him how much money you have to spend, then tell him when you spend money. His job is a simple running tally, and nothing more. He will never contact you unless you contact him first.
